UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE

It's been 3 weeks since VW took my car to attend to it but there has been no response or feedback from them. I have to keep phoning them for feedback and they don't even bother getting back to me. THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL.
