Unreliable VW Polo TSI 2015

My husband bought a 2015 Polo TSI in 2016. The car was great for a few months until it began giving us system errors and serious issues. It has become worse over time in that it simply refuses to start and we have to have it towed in while incurring travel costs for the duration. It is also extremely inconvenient and unreliable as we never know when or where it will start. We have been stuck in unfami**** areas late at night numerous times.

Every dealership that the car has gone to do not know what the problem is. Everyone is sure it is fine until a few days after when it starts giving us errors and refusing to start.

The car is still under warranty and we feel it is extremely unfair that we have had to and will still continue dealing with an unreliable car where we never know when it will start or what might happen while we drive. We have sent the car in numerous times with no solutions while we incur additional travel costs. We feel that VW should replace this car with a car of similar market value as this is clearly a mechanical issue that VW should take responsibility for.
