Unreliable VW cars

I purchased a vw polo tsi from mcarthy vw pinestreet Durban and it has broken down three times within the two months. I have had it towed to vw for repairs but it comes back with the same fault. They don't want to take the car back, Jason Keet who is the manager is being difficult. I've been patient enough with them.
