Unprofessional Service

I tried calling their customer service to enquire about my statement which has so much inconsistencies and the consultant answered and I explained that I need help with my statement as I don't understand why my interest keep fluctuating and all he said was please hold and he cutted the line, I called the 2nd time and no one answered.
