Unpaid referral money

I have bought a car from Volkswagen Menlyn last year November. I received the car and was very happy with the service which i received from the sales consultant, John Jacobs. John Jacobs said if i refer anyone and the application is approved, i will receive the referral money. I referred a sale for two cars which were bought in February and March 2015. Up until today i have never received anything. <br> <br> I talked to the consultant several times and he said he has already submitted the documents and that i will be receiving the referrals money by the end of may. I am still waiting <br> <br> Is the referral money indeed true or is this just a **** to up the sales?<br> <br> Last week i send an email to Volkswagen complaints and still haven't received any response.<br>
