unhappy family

We purchased a brand new polo sedan 1.6 at the end of february 2023 and within weeks we started experiencing problems with the vehicle, thinking it is something that can be easily solved. VW decided to make a mockery of us by giving us all excuses about unavailability of parts yet they persist to fix the car instead of replacing it. now they keep postponing commitment by 7 days, from the 1st of September to the 7th, then to the 15th and today they are saying they will confirm the arrival of the so-called parts on the 22nd of September.. either VW has lost its touch in terms of manufacturing, or they undermine the current generation when it comes to quality of their products. now we are forced to use unroadworthy vehicle and our lives are daily in danger
