UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I recently had my GOLF7 serviced at Strijdom park VW (Randburg). A day or 2 later i noticed a crack on the headlamp cover. On inspecting my car and lifting the bonnet i saw the crack actually started on the black plastic cover. I checked the other headlamp, this was also cracked (but only 1 cm on the glass cover. These cracks are not very noticeable, but the fact that water gets in when the car is washed/it rains can only be detrimental in future. I returned to strijdom park VW and pointed it out to the service manager - i asked whether this could have been damaged during the service? He said NO! He took some photos which was sent to the VW technical team. 2 weeks passed... no feedback! Once again i drove to the dealer, only to be told \ no other GOLF7 has this problem
