Unhappy and disappointed client

On the 25th March 2019 i took my car to VW in midrand to fix my right headlight, they fixed all my globes, then on the 18th of April 2019 the same right headlight that i took for repairs went off, then i called the dealership on the 23th April to report the fault, they service lady asked me to bring the car on Saturday 27 April to check what is wrong with the headlight, when i got there some guy checked and he says the globe was loose and he has tightened it, today on the 28th April the same headlight is not working. i m so disappointed with the service of VW Midrand.
