Unfair treatment .

I'm really disappointed, they were supp6to service my car for the last time this year. When I book cos the vehicle is now showing days, they said service expired end April but I usually service my car in May as per the information on the car history. My kilometers are 78182 and was gonna do my last serve for 90 00km . I usually take care as soon as the car start reporting. . I feel they are unfair. Got car 7 Mayand never jumped service.why didn't they call me to come service the car before service plan with them expires. I would have done that but they didn't. I'm so angry I supported and bought my cad brand new . I usually service my car from Alan Hudson in Nelspruit.
