Unfair Treatment

Its with such disappointment of the Volkswagen brand, iv driven 2 second hand Volkswagen polo and in 2018 decided to buy a brand new based on good past experiences , To my surprise there's already a problem with the clutch which the warranty refuses to pay , I'm a woman driver and have never had such problems ever .Its been 4 days and no assistance of a car hire. Hope this reaches the right ears or the right people ,Makes no absolute sense
