Unauthorized debit orders

I am highly disappointed in the service i have received from VW financial services, on November i received a huge debit order which is way more then my car installment when i check my statement i noticed they have added a group life cover without my consent i did not agree to it and they have failed to provide me with a voice recording of me agreeing to this debit order. When i called the consultant was very rude saying they will not refund me then referred me to Hollard the documents for the policy i apparently agreed to were never received. this is clearly ***** and would never refer anyone to finance through VW.
