Unacceptable Service

To whom it may concern Volkswagen Centurion is a total disgrace. After waiting 8 days for parts, that was promised the day after payment was made of R5000.00, no parts. To only worsen the matter after waiting so long and delaying travelling commitments to be told there is no stock available. This was the promise that was given by Kagiso one of their "exceptional service consultants". Upon requesting a refund for the cash that was given with no parts, another delay occurs where when told the refund will reflect today only to have this be confirmed as tomorrow! The absolute worst service providers on the planet! Highly dissatisfied customer after being a long standing one! Utter disgrace!
