Unacceptable bad service Dutton Volkswagen Sasolburg

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a bad service at <strong>Dutton Volkswagen in Sasolburg</strong>. I took my VW Polo in for service having noticed after a few days that the vehicle carpets have been changed I went back to them to ask for my original Volkswagen carpets, the service/<strong> Warranty clerk</strong> <strong>Liaan Van Niekerk</strong>, I pollitely told him my issue, then they called a lady who I believe is from the service side, who went on to talk with the technicians in the workshop having asked me to wait then I waited for =-30 min and decided to ask Liaan whats going to happen now since the lady is not coming back, they went to the manager in that unit, and came back to tell me that they cant do anything about it since they I didnt come back immediately which makes me think that they could have been ripping other vehicle's parts and took advantage that the owners won't notice immediately. Please assist addressing the matter because those carpets are not even the size of the Polo carpets they are big for that car.</p>
