Tyre and rim insurance complaint

VW Arcadia Pretoria dealership charged me extra money under rim and tyre insurance that was part of my finance. I only found out during the claim process that they charged me about R2700 extra and I was promised that they will pay it back on my account at the end of October 2025 till today there's no payment. If I didn't claim for the duration of the policy I wouldn't have known that I was ****med.
