Trying to replace parts for no reason!!

I took my car into Claremont VW yesterday because I needed my seat repaired and a squeak from the suspension. They called me and said they need to replace the tie rods and ball joints costing around 9000 and that it would only be done by Monday. I went and collected it and took it to two other reputable places i.e. Supa Quick and Drive Align. Both of them said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the suspension. It seems like either VW Claremont don't know what they are doing or they are just ******** customers. On top of this, they said they need to send the vehicle to a trim shop to get the seats to come down, but when I fetched the car the seat had already been released!!!
