TROUBLE FROM DAY 1WITH MY HUSBANDS NEW GOLF GTI

<p>My husband purchased a GTI from your Mcdulings franchise , after having driven Mercedes for years and years , he wanted a change THEIR SERVICE CAN'T BE FAULTED ,,,Big mistake he has said and we will advise friends and family where possible AVOID VW's , he was sold a maintenance plan , however he went in to have his car serviced on a Saturday, the maintained claims department don't work on a Sat?!, so we wasted a whole morning trying to sort this out , he has had numerous problems from windows to key to light problems VW HAS CERTAINLY DROPPED THEIR STANDARDS !!!!</p>
