TPI - Clutch Issue (VW Golf 6)

Less than 6 months after I purchased a second hand 2010 VW Golf 6 TSI, I had issues with the clutch. The car made an unusual sound and I took it into be checked. I had numerous discussions with Jan Snyman about resolving the issue to no avail. <br> <br> I was informed it there is a \TPI"and the fault is within norms. I informed them the sound eminating from the car is not within norms and I wanted to compare my vehicle to a similar vehicle. This request was made in December 2014 and I have had no communication from the dealership since.
