Touch screen radio system failure

I purchased a brand new Volkswagen 1.2 TSI Comfortline 2014/2015 Model from Volkswagen Hatfield last year September, I live 300km from the dealership, on my way home everything was normal and working. When I got home I switched the vechile off and went to bed,the next morning I wanted to drive to work , I realised the radio touch screen system does not work, I did not mind as I thought it must be a setting that I need to install from the user manual. After work I got in the car and switched it on and the system suddenly worked again, when I got home I read through the manual and did not find any setting, the next day it was the same story, the radio works irregularly. Everytime I switch the car off and switch it on a while later it will either work or not. I contacted Volkswagen and explained it to them and they confirmed it must be a factory fault, I did them a favour by taking the car 300km back only to be told they need to order a new radio system from Germany,it will take 2 weeks then they can fix it,that was 5 months ago. Every month I have to pay for a faulty car and it was brand new, everytime I phone to ask when they can help me they ignore me.
