Totally frustrated client

My vehicle is less than a year old and I took it for a service at VW the Glen where I had purchased it when it was at 15 000km and after that it started giving me an error and I took it back to VW and it went for a diagnostic test. Its been almost two weeks and I am without a vehicle while they are trying to figure out what the problem is. Now I request a loan vehicle and they tell me that they only have manuals. I have an automatic vehicle and that is the only make I am prepared to drive. If it takes months for them to figure out the problem will I be without a vehicle, so I will be paying instalments for a vehicle I am not using and them telling me they have only manuals is unacceptable.<br> <br> I am so frustrated and I did not know owning a VW vehicle would be such a nightmare.<br> <br> Totally ridicolous!!!!!
