Totally disappointed

I purchased a polo 2015 model 2weeks afrer driving it when I go in reverse I hear a snaping noise from the front.I waited 3 weeks before they could see the car as they had no loan vehicles. When they assesed the car I was told the chassie needs tightining, then I was told it was mountings this Is a new car!! After receiving the car its the same the feel I get is now that you have purchased the car its nit really our problem based on the fact it took three weeks to look at it and I got it back the same.Is vw really the same badge it used to be reliable and good service or is there outher manufactures that have steped up there game.I would love to see how vw responds!<br> <br> It shocking that a new car can do this!!!
