Took car for repairs. 9 months later more faults

Took my car in for repairs. They took 9 months. When we received it eventually, there where more faults on it and still not fixed. We called they were so rude . Very poor service. And what tips of mecanic works on a vw car for 9 months. And everything they said is fixed is not. And for the money i paid them..
