******* TO NOT COVER THE BREAK PADS

I am under the VW maintenance plan and on my last service which was 45000km I went for a service at Parklands VW and after service was finished i called them 2 days later to advise my breaks have noise when i press them, they took my car again and said they cant change them due to some requirement and they will change them at the next service which would be my last as per my plan, now i'm being informed that on my last service maintenance is not covered over 61500km and they knew this when they refused my breaks at 47000km and did not inform me, i was ******* the last ******* to breaks not maintained and now i need to pay R8000 to extend this service with them so they can look at the break pads
