Tiguan unable to diagnose fault

VW has had my vehicle for more the 2 weeks now and are unable to find the fault with the vehicle as i have been told several different stories from the fault being a controller, nuts and bolts, to a harness and now software being the latest.<br> <br> VW customer care does not seem interested in resolving the matter considering that my family's safety is being placed at risk now as the loan vehicle is a VW UP! Verses a Tiguan, our convert has been removed, the fact that we do not pay for fuel, that we have to drive a car that is so small compared to our SUV. <br> <br> After a number of attempts and applying pressure the matter is just not being resolved and no one is interested resolving the matter. <br>
