This is not fair Volkswagen fix my car and take responsibility.

Im not happy of how Volkswagen witbank oparate my car was on service plan and warranty there ware fixing my car gear box DSG, but continuesly it does the same thing even after reaper I was sanding it back to them to fix it again November was a last service and the ware fixing my car's gear box then December it was going out of service now since january my car started the some problem with the gear box they took it for repair after dacnose they send me reapers amount that I must pay, which is not fair for me because there were fixing this gear box when it was on service not once now they don't take their responsibility from their incorrect reaper they want me to pay reaper that was never being Dane correctly, so please Hello Peter step in, I haven't heard anything from Volkswagen witbank ever since they took my car on the 06/02/2024,
