This is a VW, how is that the manufacturer cannot tell what the issue is with the vehicle.

Pathetic service with 0 feedback, VW Vereeniging. I took my car 2 weeks already for diagnostic, till today I have no report. Whenever I call they are always busy and never return back to my calls.

Emails sent with no response to this day, I paid for the service that wasn't rendered to me.
