They promise excellent service, but deliver the worst.
This dealership is part of the Kelston group. I bought a car from them with a mere 37000km on the clock. The past 4 weeks + has been nothing short of a nightmare experience with them. Still they are dragging this out.

14 Aug 2018, 05:11Going on 1 and half a month. The Ombudsman involved. They did get an email stating a resolve, yet no action. Even so, the Ombudsman is closing the case. Now hoping the consumer protector will assist. Where to next? Still this nightmare is being dragged out.
