they dnt serviced my car

i bought a car vw 1.4 gti tsi at omars car dealer in witbank the first service was done vw klipfotein 3 times and after that my car had warranty faulty and called vw they told they will call there rearest which the vw in klipfotein.when my car was there they didnt fix it because thay had gradges with the dealeers wher i bought the car johan said they dont do cars from omars even if its vw brand.
