They damaged my car

I am without a vehicle for a week. VW SA is ***********. I had a minor issue with my vehicle. They did not send a technician to the site although there are 3 dealerships in a 5km radius(Durban) The tow truck driver drove my car out the parking lot to the road and towed it. Then it was taken to and fro dealerships and only arrived late the next morning after several attempts to track my car. NOW THEY SAY ITS FRESHLY IMPACT DAMAGED!!! AND UNDRIVABLE, how is this possible when the tow truck driver drove it away from me??? And it was in no collisions!<br> I am still waiting for feedback and it's ridiculous to be immobilized by an *********** company who should be able to have basic procedures in place regarding VW ASSIST. WHAT IS THE POINT PURCHASING A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! Do not buy VW AS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC DAMAGING YOUR CAR AND EXPECTING YOU TO COVER THE COSTS!
