THE WORST SERVICE EVER

I have had the worst service I have ever experienced in my life with Volkswagen South Africa, ranging from service issues, a problem with my car which the call centre failed to solve along with the fact they cannot even deliver a windscreen on time. I am so willing to drop everything with these guys and find another brand to deal with.
