The lack of respect for customers
On Wednesday the 11/11/15 I took my car in for some repair and this was my experience.
As I entered at 7:30 in the morning the level of professionalism was visible I could smell it, you have by-far one of the best repair centers in the country (it's a bold statement but I'll say it)
Imagine my surprise when the after service failed to even come close to the before service, allow me to elaborate.
Time keeping is as important to service delivery as butter is to bread. I had to wait for almost 2hours before I could be picked up let alone informed as to progress of my car,This is 2hours after proposed time.
Mr. Peter Naicker was so busy that he could not be bothered to pick up phone and let me know the challenges he was facing, if any.
like a fool I made plans based on time arranged. I had people waiting for me , took time from work and a visitor coming from JHB all this had to wait because Peter Naicker couldn't pick up the phone and call me.
The inconvenience you and your team put me through eroded all that initial impression I felt as I entered Baron Volkswagen.
I would advise all who would listen , barons lacks respect for its customers !!!!
