The Glen vw

My name is Mrs Phindile Motsitsi a mother of 3children, i stay in Dobsonville extension 2 Joscho flats block O unit number 207.I work in Pretoria, last November i decided to buy a car on the 11 November i bought a t cross at the Glen vw .On the first of February 2022 i saw a light saying airbag error and when im in traffic for 30 minutes the clutch start smelling. I called the dealership i was told to bring it in i took it the on 3th of February later that day i got a call that i wll get the car on the 4th of February 2022.On the 9th of February 2022 the light came back again, on the 10th of February 2022 on my way to work when i press the press the clutch pedal it went down all of it.I called my insurance to assist me with a tow truck to take the car to the dealership, i got the callonnthe 11the of February 2022 that i must come to the dealership when i got the i was told that i have burnt the clutch plate i must take responsibility.
