The Glen Volkswagen

I purchased a car (Golf 6 GTI) from VW The Glen on the 22/04/2016 within 2 days of the car being delivered the Engine light went ON. I return the car for them to fix it on the 25/04/2016 the car was with them for 3 weeks which the car was returned on the 13/05/2016 and their Technician advised that the problem was with the Injectors which they basically clean.

3 days later the Engine light went ON again, I advised them that the Engine light was ON again and was advised to bring in the car for repairs on the 19/05/2016 which was only returned to me on the 27/05/2016. I was advised that the Engine light came back ON because of a voltage shortage which they say they recharged the battery.

On the 30/05/2016 the Engine light came back ON again for the 3rd time, i contacted them advising that the Engine light was ON which to them did not seem to be an urgent matter. I took back the car on the 1/06/2016.

I advised them on the 1/6/2016 that i no longer wanted the car as it was faulty and had to return the car back to everytime and they had failed to fix the problem a number of times.

The car was given back to me 23/06/2016 under ther impression that the car was fixed a week later the engine light came back ON again.

I have requested for the termination of the contract but the Dealership Manager by the name of Johnny Botha has refused to reply to my request, which means i am being forced by VW to keep the car by force even though it is faulty.
