The EPC light problem

I bought a 2019 Polo Tsi and in exactly a year i'm experiencing problems with the car.

The car showed an EPC sign and I took it in and was told that they don't have a solution for the problem yet and they cleared the error on the dashboard and was advised it will not give me that problem again for atleast 20 000km or 40 000km. The following week the car was back at VW bramfontein for the same fault and I was told the car is fine. Drove for another week and had the same problem, I then contacted VW South Africa customer care and spoke to Earl and advise them that I am not getting my values worth that im paying for on this car because every week the car has to go to VW, he then told me he will take the query and help me with it, then he transferred me to the road side assistance where i spoke to a Carin who then advised that he will be in touch with the closest VW branch and that was VW Soweto.

After 2 days the car was back and i was told it was the intake air sender or sensor I'm not sure, I was then advised that the branch would give me a call to take back the vehicle and inspect it further the following week on a Monday or Tuesday, VW Soweto did not call me at all, I was then called by VW customer care and was advised that the same VW Soweto branch would call me and to my surprise I was called by VW Bramfontein telling me the car is booked for the Thursday, I dropped off the vehicle Thursday the 11 June 2020 in the morning and round about 1 o'clock in the afternoon I was called by the branch and they informed me that there is nothing they can do to the car since the error was not showing yet, I need to wait for the error to show then they will take it in for the problem they don't have a solution to and yet it was showing when it was taken to Braamfontein the first time and to Soweto the second time.

My main worry is that while they keep telling me unfortunately there is nothing they can do until VW Germany gives them a solution to this problem i'm supposed to be paying my monthly premiums on something I am no longer happy with and don't feel comfortable driving anymore because I keep dreading when will the EPC light show up, another major problem is that this car will be out of warranty and this very problem that they don't have an answer to will unfortunately now be my problem, furthermore i was informed that the vehicle make has the EPC problem and they cannot fix it yet.

I need assistance with this matter because I feel I'm spending money on something that is not worth what I'm paying and the only thing that VW can say is unfortunately we have to wait for VW Germany.
