TERRIBLE VW SERVICE

I still cannot believe that anyone has had a good experience with VW as a company. I was sold a car with a non-original part by the Ontdekkers Delearship, while they were aware. In the service book, it was described as a special condition. I have been paying for a car for almost a whole year, with no resolution. The Head Office will refer you back to the dealership, and the dealership will keep telling you its not their fault. Yesterday, i had tow my car from their Germistion dealership while the car was half put together. This is terrible service, and i think people to begin to realise how bad treatment you ll get from VW. The car isn't moving at the moment, i have to find a mechanic to look into the matter. I have been paying for a car that doesnt move without anyone taking responsibility. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY, and bad service!!
