Terrible, terrible, terrible

<p>3 weeks back, I bought a used VW Scirocco from Rustenburg VW. The car was delivered to me with a faulty radio unit, RCD510. The sales agent, Tumi Teme, was honest enough to raise this issue. I then had to take the car to another VW in Boksburg, who refused fix the unit due the fact that there is a non-original CD stuck in the unit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The car has since been with Rustenburg VW for 7 days now, I assume nothing is being done to fix this unit as I am not receiving any feedback about the progress of how this issue is being resolved. No service agent assigned to resolve this. I also get no feedback when I call them, nobody has a clear answer as to when I will get my car back. I haven't even paid my first installment on this vehicle and I am already receiving terrible service like this. Talk about incompetence. Appalled. </p>
