Terrible Services

Totally Disgusted by the lack of empathy this VW assist has. Called to get assitance becausey car would not start only to be advised that my warranty ended on 27th Feb 2018. The guy told me that he cannot assist and i would need to pay cash for call out fees. I asked if he could help because it was only 2 weeks over he refused and said thats not possible. You pay so damn much for their cars and services but they unwilling to assist. Absoultly disgusting by the service.
