Terrible Service Revelation in an Iconic township

<p>My wife and I were looking for a car. We decided to go to VW soweto ( ********** ) because it was near to us. At face value everything went well until today. The name of the sales executive who helped us is Itumeleng. I found out in Hatfield VW in Pretoria that our car (2016 VW UP) does not have a motor plan. How does a brand new car not have a service plan. We were told by Itumeleng that we can bring in the car for service up to 60000 KM and it will be serviced for us, that we do not need to pay. Obviously one presumes then that there is some kind of motor/service plan. I called him today and it turns out that I now have to pay to add a motor/service plan to the car and have to wait for about four months for it to come into effect please help. </p>
