Terrible service - Once again VW Midrand

Bad service - last week I received a call from VW SA informing me that my car was due for service and I was thrilled as this was in- line with what the dashboard was saying. When I went to the dealership today to my surprise no one knew what i was doing there as they could not locate my car on any of the documents. This is really not acceptable as i took time from my life and personal commitment to ensure i'm there early and to get there and be made to feel like a fool and told to wait until someone told me "no your car is not here" please wait until 8 so that lady can check - this is uncceptable guys rather not call us and waste time as this is not how you should treat people and their time.
