Terrible service from Soweto VW

<p>I took my car in for service on Wednesday, and I asked them to attend to the "bend light" which I had been trying to get fixed for months. The car was serviced I was called to fetch the car, only to find the light was not fixed. I asked them about it and they said they would get it done and I sat there for 2 hours. Seing that it this wasnt going anywhere, I asked them to fix it and drop me home and fetch me the next day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the next day at 9am to check on the progress and was given storyafter story for like 5 hours and I ended up asking for a lift and went there to check. When I got there, seemingly nothing was being done as only then did the manager make the arrangement for the car to be fixed. They said the would call me once it is realy. I got the call and they fetched me, only to find that the warning light still shows that there is a problem with the "bend light". I was asked to come back on Saturday. When I drove I further realised that there are now 2 more warnings about the light. My front light is now not working ( I didnt realise this when I took the car, I only checked the screen for warning light).</p> <p> </p> <p>This has been a terrible experience as my day yesterday has been wasted and seemingly today willm be a waste as well. There people dont even want to organise me a car to get my things done.</p>
