Terrible Service from Hatfield VW Bryanston

I purchased a VW POLO TSI 1.2 Comfort line from the Hatfield VW Bryanston in December and the car stopped working on my way back to Pretoria. The clutch stopped working and the car wasn't selecting gears. The car was towed to VW Rustenburg. VW Rustenburg doesn't have courtesy cars available and they can only inspect the car on the 12th of June. I called VW Bryanston to request a courtesy car from them since I bought the car from them. However the dealership doesn't want to provide me with the courtesy car since they claim that the car must be physically be on their premises. Also they refuse to pay for the towing of the car from Rustenburg back to Bryanston. Although they are the ones who sold me a faulty brand new car to begin with!
