Terrible Service - Damage to car!

This is the second time our very expensive Audi Q5 has been returned to us after a \service"with the oil not being replaced and the oil light coming on just after delivery. The first time this lead to the failure and breakdown of our car and 4 pistons had to be replaced. Luckily not for our cost. 15 000 kilometres later the same thing has happened"
