Terrible service at Westvaal Volkswagen Lichtenburg

My daughter bought a 2017 Polo Vivo 1.4 Concept from VW Lichtenburg and the salesman was Piet Peilman on 7th August 2019. My daughter is a first time buyer and had no clue as to what buying a car entails. Unfortunately, i was not available to accompany her as i was out of town. The price of the car :R149999.99, Tracker: R3279.00, 3yr/90000km Service Plan : R7994.99 2 yr warranty: RR5995.00 Pre Delivery:R5549.99 Lic & Reg: R1700.00 My daughter picked up the car herself at the garage and within the first week, she noticed that the car is very heavy on petrol. She gets about 500km on a tank of petrol. She went back to the salesman and reported the matter to her. He gave her the run around and made millions excuses to address the issue. My daughter has to drive 120km return on almost a daily basis. She later went as far as to write a letter to the garage to request that they cancel the whole deal as she no one want to listen to her. I personally went to VW Lichtenburg on 6th November and spoken to a sales guy named Ändre". He was fami**** with my daughters case as she was by him as well. He told me he`s boss "Pieter"is not available and promised that he will report this matter to Pieter and get back to me by not later then Monday 11 November 2019. He never contacted me and i decided to call him on Monday. He said that he forgot to call me and that he reported the matter to Pieter and he will contact me. I am still waiting. I am very disgusted at these cunning salesmen, who took advantage of my daughter as she was a first time buyer and as well as the excessive chargers for delivery. Is this even right? I just learnt that the vehicle has been in an accident and had work done on the rear door and the front bumper. What now???My daughter is sitting with this almost 170k all incl dept in total with a car that has been in an accident as well and is still extremely heavy on fuel!What 2017 Polo 1.4i gives you 500km on a full tank. Please intervene
