Terrible service at VW the Glen

<p>On Saturday 01/10/2016 I took my car for a service at VW the Glen. </p> <p>Firstly I was called on numerous occasions to collect my car. I got to the dealership at 12:03 and was told I am late as they close at 12. I was then told my book is already stamped and I have to make payment. I made payment of R3500 and proceeded to my car. No one took me to my car. As I was driving home, my car was not sounding right. When I got home,my husband opened up my bonnet and we found that my cover was not there and there was smoke coming from one of the parts.</p> <p>I then called vw the glen and they were already closed by then. My car was washed on the outside in a haphazard manner. It was not cleaned on the inside at all and all the parts that were changed were just dumped into my car along with all the boxes of the new parts.</p> <p>I take pride in my car and I expect my car to be returned to me the same way that I gave it to them in the morning.</p> <p>What action is gng to take place in this regard?</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand a full refund as this is absolutely unacceptable service! </p>
