Terrible Service at VW Constantia

I bought a new Golf 7 GTi in 2013 and have had serious negligent errors unresolved for 2 years. After many attempts I have most now sorted out, but left with damage to the car after their last attempt. In general the service is shocking. Their staff is ***********, front and back-shop and has a no-care attitude. The standard of the dealership is the worst i have ever experienced. They simply do not respond. A great pity because i actually like the car!
