Terrible Service at VW Centurion

<p>The experience and the worst service I receive from VW Centurion make me hate the brand of VW me and it makes me take decision of selling the car and buying the other brand even their manager himself (Hannes) doesn’t take clients very serious, there are certain clients which takes priority in their dealership ,I mean the manager tells me that there are cars booked or major break down while I brought my car Tuesday last week with the problem of overheating and now my car is reaching the whole week there and all he tells me is they starting with breakdowns. When I took my car there the car was overheating and the fan was not kicking and it was not in a condition where I could drive it as it would damage the computer box. The advisor who was assisting me with car kept on telling they waiting for the parts which she informed me that they arrived on Friday and on Monday they will start working on my car , to my attention when busy communicating the advisor she kept on telling me that they are busy with it, I must fetch it late .late when I called they told me it is not ready the mechanic has not worked on it, she assured me that Tuesday morning my car will be at workshop by that time I am struggling to transport and busy explaining to them that I am using that car for work purposes, then come Tuesday same story the mechanic never worked on my car and when then later after went to dealership to ask for courtesy car the manager gave me useless reasons that they won’t assist me as their priority is breakdowns and the cars that are booked .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I loved VW before and I wouldn’t have chosen it if I knew it would come as huge bardon,</p> <p>I bought my 2013 Polo 6 brand new from dealership in roodeport within 4000 kms the car was already overheating having faulty cooling system then it was fixed after one month or so it gave the steering wheel issues shocks were faulty, then it got fixed again after some few months also then the whole radio part went off took it was fixed so the car came faulty.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend anyone to VW or buy the car and I am definitely going to trade it in and buy another brand.</p>
