Terrible Service

My car went for service and ended up with a fault. Sent it back to VW. Two days later I have no feedback on the car and was not provided with a courtesy car. No one has helped me or even made the efffort to. I have made numerous calls and even sent the DP an email. No feedback or response after been promised they would call they didn't. Such terrible service. Rude unhelpful people
