Terrible service

I am so fed up with the poor service at bruma(Eastgate) VW. They have unprofessional and *********** employees, I have been calling for quotation to book for service but until today I haven't got help, they keep promising to send me quotation but they don't send, I wasted so much airtime with no help, they have terrible service. I won't advise anyone to contact them, they are not helpful.
