Terrible Service

I purchased a Polo TSI in May this year. I took tyre protection bpolicy. My tyre is damaged and the insurance can't pay out because Mc Carthy VW Arcadia did not change the policy. I am stranded without a tyre and the insurance is still waiting for feedback from VW. I have encountering too many problems with VW will never advice anyone to buy a VW with such inexperienced sales people.
