Terrible service

The worst assistance I've ever received. I took my car in for a service a few months back. The morning of the service one of their employees did an inspection on the car. I left to work and got a call from Barons Claremont with a quote higher than the original quote given. My husband fetched the car after work and found the driver's door had been damaged on two places. He then confronted them and they got the inspection sheet to see if the damages were there already and it wasn't, then they agreed to sort it out and seemed to be helpful at the time seeing that it was their fault. They said the car will be sorted in a few days and yet I am still waiting. No call or email recieved. I've had a service before at Barons Tokai and I would honestly recommend everyone to rather go to Tokai, better service they are fast and efficient in their work. I only went to Barons Claremont Because it was convenient at the time. I have left over 10 messages for the adviser Thaabit dealing with the issue and every time I call he is either sick or not available. Completely disgusting. They damaged my property owned up to it when confronted and has ignored the matter ever since.
