Terrible service

<p>Took my car in for service on the 26th of July 2016 and was assisted by Khensani Chauke she was very efficient and great to deal with. She then had to order a tail light for me and she called me the very next day the27 the in the morning telling me I can come fit in. Told her I can only come on the 4th August and she told she will be on leave and will ask her colleague to assist me. And thats when the problem started I went in on the 4th lady by the name of Palesa assisted me as the had to fit in the new tail light on the left and only to find it was done on the right. I called her to let her of the mistake she said she will call me back that took her 3 hours to do so and was adviced she will order the light again for me and let me know when I can come in and fit in the correct light. This was all on the 4th, called her again on the 8th she said she will get back to me and it's the 11th today and I still haven't heard any from Palesa and I called this morning at 7am was told she is in a meeting I am still waiting for her call even now and I have paid for everything on the 26th July. I am really disappointed with the service I received thus far. PLEASE HELP </p>
